The Fayetteville project, coined “Fayetteville’s Front Porch,” will set a new standard for mixed-use development in Northwest Arkansas

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., May 13, 2026 — Moses Tucker Partners (MTP), Arkansas’ leading full-service commercial real estate firm, has been selected as the commercial leasing partner for Drake Farms, a $1 billion, 165-acre mixed-use development at the intersection of North Gregg Avenue and West Drake Street in Fayetteville, one of the fastest growing cities in the United States.
Developed by Specialized Real Estate Group, with the first phase in collaboration with High Street Real Estate & Development, Drake Farms is a multi-phase community designed to integrate residential, medical, office, hospitality, and retail uses into a cohesive, walkable environment. Branded as “Fayetteville’s Front Porch,” the project embraces a new urbanist approach, prioritizing mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood design rooted in connection and culture. Currently in its first phase, Drake Farms will deliver more than 2,400 homes and 1.3 million square feet of commercial space over the next 10 to 15 years. The precedent-setting community will be anchored by the adjacent 1.2 million-square-foot expansion of Washington Regional Medical Center.
“This is not just a development, it’s a generational opportunity to reshape how people live, work, and connect in Northwest Arkansas,” said Jeremy Hudson, Chief Executive Officer at Specialized Real Estate Group. “We were intentional in selecting a partner who understands that leasing Drake Farms is about more than filling space. It’s about curating an ecosystem, and Moses Tucker Partners brings that perspective.”
Grounded in the legacy of Fayetteville and inspired by the history of the land and its namesake, Drake Farms is described as a “return to the essential way of neighboring.” It is a connected community that will serve and welcome all of Fayetteville. Early phases will introduce a neighborhood commercial hub alongside residential offerings, with future phases expanding into office, retail, and hospitality components.
“Drake Farms represents a new benchmark for placemaking in Arkansas and beyond,” said Chris Moses, Principal, President & Chief Executive Officer at Moses Tucker Partners. “This is an exceptional opportunity to create a place rooted in community and designed for longevity. Our role is to ensure that every commercial user contributes to that vision.”
MTP will lead leasing efforts from its Northwest Arkansas office, with Brokerage Director Zack Kifer spearheading the assignment, supported by Brokerage Associates Kyle Pate and Michaela Evans.
“This is a fundamentally different approach to leasing,” said Kifer. “We’re not chasing tenants; we’re curating a community. Each user will be evaluated to ensure alignment with the vision of Drake Farms and its long-term success.”
The first phase of Drake Farms is expected to be completed later this year. For leasing inquiries, interested users are encouraged to contact Moses Tucker Partners at (479) 271-6118 or Info@MosesTucker.com.
