Moses Tucker Partners, founded in 1984 as a development company focusing on infill urban development in downtown Little Rock, entered a new growth phase in 2011 when Chris Moses became president and CEO. The firm expanded into a full-service real estate operation, adding brokerage, property management, and development, and it opened a branch office in Northwest Arkansas. In 2018, Moses Tucker merged with another firm, bringing partners Paul Esterer and Fletcher Hanson on board. Under Chris’ leadership, the property management division grew by over 800%—the firm now manages more than 11.6 million square feet—and the development portfolio surpassed $2 billion. In 2022, new partners Jennifer Lester, Chris Monroe, Eric Nelson, and Greyson Skokos joined existing partners Chris Moses, Fletcher Hanson, Paul Esterer, and John Martin, followed by George Friedmann in 2024, further strengthening the dynamic leadership team and solidifying the firm’s reputation as a leading commercial real estate firm.
