Market & Merrill Plaza
Moses Tucker Partners (MTP) has served as the exclusive property management and leasing firm for Market & Merrill Plaza since 2022. Situated in the thriving West Little Rock submarket, the 125,525-square-foot center offers a diverse mix of medical, office, and retail tenants. Following a change in ownership, MTP was retained to strategically reposition the property. The firm successfully oversaw a comprehensive $2.5 million renovation in 2022, transforming the building’s curb appeal and tenant experience. Key improvements included modernized exterior finishes, upgraded common areas, and refreshed landscaping, positioning the asset to attract a higher caliber of tenants. Results speak for themselves:

Premier Medical Plaza
Premier Medical Plaza is a transformative healthcare redevelopment located at 10901 Rodney Parham Road in West Little Rock. Formerly a 100,000-square-foot K-Mart, the site was reimagined in 2019 into a state-of-the-art medical facility following a $50 million investment. Spearheaded by Moses Tucker Partners (MTP), the project delivered a premier healthcare destination that is now fully leased to anchor tenants, including Premier Gastroenterology, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and Baptist Health. In addition to the complete interior and exterior redevelopment of the medical facility, the project included significant site upgrades. These improvements encompassed a redesigned parking lot with enhanced landscaping, improved ingress and egress along Rodney Parham and Shackleford Roads, revitalized standalone retail buildings, and updated monument and wayfinding signage. The 15.76-acre property is strategically located just off Interstate 430, in one of Little Rock’s most sought-after submarkets. MTP led all development and ongoing leasing and property management for Premier Medical Plaza. The project's success reflects the firm’s deep expertise in adaptive reuse and its ability to execute complex, high-impact redevelopments that elevate the surrounding community and attract long-term institutional tenants.

Boyle Building
In August 2023, Moses Tucker Partners (MTP) acquired the historic 12-story, 100,000-square-foot Boyle Building in downtown Little Rock, launching a $35 million redevelopment that has transformed the long-vacant landmark into a state-of-the-art office asset. Once at risk of demolition, the building has been fully restored, preserving one of Arkansas’ most iconic architectural treasures. Despite a challenging commercial real estate market, MTP secured a 20-year lease with the Office of the Arkansas Attorney General, which will occupy floors two through twelve, with the option to purchase after year five. The ground floor and basement are designated for food and beverage users to activate the street level. MTP structured the deal using a creative financing approach, combining debt, equity, and federal and state historic tax credits. The project also prioritized sustainability, incorporating energy-efficient systems and eco-conscious materials to ensure long-term performance. The Boyle Building’s successful revival underscores MTP’s ability to execute complex, high-impact developments that blend preservation with progress.
