The Haywood El Dorado, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Completed in September 2020, The Haywood is a 70-room, four-story boutique hotel developed by Moses Tucker Partners in partnership with a group of local investors in El Dorado, Arkansas. The $15 million project is located adjacent to the Murphy Arts District in the heart of downtown and is part of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection—an upscale portfolio of independent hotels known for their distinct character. MTP led all aspects of development, including site selection, brand alignment, financing coordination, and construction oversight. The hotel was strategically designed to reflect the charm of historic El Dorado while offering modern amenities that appeal to both business and leisure travelers. The Haywood serves as a cornerstone of downtown El Dorado’s revitalization and exemplifies MTP’s ability to deliver high-impact hospitality projects that blend local identity with national brand standards.
