Moses Tucker Partners was exclusively engaged by RWL Properties, LLC to lead the disposition of a 251,466-square-foot office, warehouse, and distribution facility located at 1302 Pike Avenue in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Using a strategic and comprehensive approach to marketing and conceptual planning, MTP secured a buyer in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. The transaction resulted in a $4.27 million sale and a new multi-million-dollar state office investment in North Little Rock, far exceeding the seller’s expectations. This successful disposition underscores MTP’s ability to deliver results through tailored marketing strategies, deep market expertise, and proven execution in the industrial asset class.

In a strategic lease renewal negotiation, Moses Tucker Partners successfully represented the landlord, Conway Commercial Warehousing, LLC, in a 36-month lease renewal with Kimberly-Clark – Global Sales, LLC for a 165,000-square-foot warehouse facility located at 1385 William J. Clark Drive in Conway, Arkansas. Leveraging deep market knowledge and strong negotiation expertise, MTP secured favorable terms that significantly enhanced the asset’s performance. The team negotiated an increase in annual rent from $262,350 to $387,750—a 48% increase—while also extending the commitment of a high-credit tenant. As a result of the renewed lease and improved income stream, the property’s market value rose from $3.28 million to $4.85 million. This transaction underscores MTP’s ability to deliver results that drive long-term value for industrial property owners through expert leasing strategy, landlord representation, and market positioning.
