The firm has approximately 125 employees between its Little Rock headquarters and branch office in Bentonville. It offers a full spectrum of data-based real estate services, including tenant and landlord representation, real estate and economic consulting services, investment sales and capital markets, and property and facilities management. Today, MTP manages over 11.6 million square feet of commercial space and has a development portfolio worth over $2 billion. Moses Tucker Partners was founded by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker in 1984 as a development company with a strict emphasis on infill urban development in downtown Little Rock, but it was not until 2011 when Chris Moses was appointed as president & chief executive officer that the firm entered a new phase of growth. Under Chris’ leadership, the company transformed into a full-service real estate operation—brokerage, property management, and development—and opened a branch office in Bentonville. In 2018, Moses Tucker merged with Newmark Grubb Arkansas, and in doing so, Paul Esterer and Fletcher Hanson became partners in the firm. Chris’ leadership led to an over 800% increase in the property management division. In 2022, Moses Tucker Partners welcomed new partners Jennifer Lester, Chris Monroe, Eric Nelson, and Greyson Skokos, who joined existing partners Chris Moses, Fletcher Hanson, Paul Esterer, and John Martin in driving the firm’s continued growth and innovation. George Friedmann’s addition as a partner in 2024 further strengthened this dynamic leadership team, solidifying Moses Tucker Partners’ reputation as a leading commercial real estate firm.
