WEST MEMPHIS, Ark., Sept. 8, 2025  Moses Tucker Partners (MTP), Arkansas’ preeminent commercial brokerage, property management, and development firm, is proud to announce the sale of a 1,178-acre site in West Memphis for Google’s forthcoming data center campus. Working closely with Entergy Arkansas and Google, Chris Moses, Principal, President, and Chief Executive Officer at MTP, and Chris Monroe, Principal and Vice President of Brokerage at MTP, represented the Seller in this landmark transaction.

The site, located just south of Bollinger Road and minutes from Memphis, Tennessee, will be the future home of one of the most advanced data infrastructure campuses in the country. The planned development includes multiple hyperscale data center facilities, office buildings, internal access roads, an enhanced substation, stormwater infrastructure, and other supporting site work.

“This project is a monumental step forward for West Memphis, Arkansas, and the entire Mid-South region,” said Chris Moses. “We are proud to have played a role in bringing Google’s significant investment to life in the great state of Arkansas. The positive ripple effects of the investment will be felt for decades to come, and it underscores the power of collaboration between local landowners, city leaders, and the global tech community.”

Google’s West Memphis campus will become a cornerstone of the newly designated “Digital Delta.” The Digital Delta is a dynamic, nine-county, three-state region that is rapidly emerging as a global leader in advanced logistics, innovation, and data infrastructure. The West Memphis site was one of several finalists nationally, and its selection by Google solidifies Arkansas’ role in the future of artificial intelligence, data services, and sustainable tech infrastructure.

“This is not only an impactful development for West Memphis, but a substantial investment in the state of Arkansas,” said Chris Monroe. “It is a shining example of Arkansas’ commitment to bringing large-scale technology developments to the state. We are proud to assist in this effort that will dramatically benefit Arkansas, now and for future generations to follow.”

Along with Chris Moses and Chris Monroe, Principals Greyson Skokos and George Friedmann also supported the significant relationship. For Moses Tucker Partners, this transaction marks another high-impact achievement in its decades-long legacy of facilitating transformative developments across Arkansas and beyond.
