
Eric Nelson
Principal & Vice President of Brokerage
Eric Nelson is a Vice President of Brokerage at Moses Tucker Partners and plays a key role in the firm’s brokerage division. He primarily serves retail clients and specializes in tenant and landlord representation, commercial sales and investments, and leasing strategies.
Nelson began his career with Moses Tucker Real Estate in 2013 as an Associate Commercial Agent, quickly advancing to Senior Commercial Agent in 2015. Following the merger between Newmark Grubb Arkansas and Moses Tucker Real Estate in 2018, he joined Moses Tucker Partners as an Associate Director before earning his current leadership position.
A Little Rock native, he is also a business owner, operating a local restaurant in the city’s SOMA (South on Main) District.
Since joining Moses Tucker, Nelson has completed more than $250 million in transactions and has leased over 500,000 square feet of office and retail space. His notable transactions include:
• Representing regional and national restaurant brands—including Burger King, Pie Five Pizza, Slim Chickens, Subway, Zaxby’s, Hot Worx, and Wendy’s—in land acquisitions, build-to-suit projects, ground leases, and retail center leases across Arkansas.
• Facilitating the $10 million sale of the MacArthur Commons multifamily complex in Little Rock (2015).
• Contributing to the redevelopment of several historic properties in downtown Little Rock, including a project recognized as Arkansas’s Best Rehabilitation Project in 2017.
With his extensive experience in retail brokerage and investment sales, Nelson continues to drive impactful real estate transactions that support the region’s commercial growth.
