Urban Outfitters coming to The Promenade at Chenal, first in Arkansas

Little Rock, AR (December 2, 2020) — Newmark Moses Tucker Partners, exclusive leasing agent and property management firm for The Promenade at Chenal, announces Urban Outfitters to open in Summer 2021. This will be the first Urban Outfitters in Arkansas.

Urban Outfitters has 248 locations around the world and offers a merchandise mix of women's and men's fashion apparel, footwear, beauty and wellness products, accessories, activewear and gear, and housewares, as well as music, primarily vinyl records and cassettes.

The Promenade at Chenal is 300,000 square foot lifestyle center located in Chenal Valley in west Little Rock. The open-air design of the center replicates a nostalgic “Main Street” shopping district and is home to a variety of high-end national and regional brands, several of which are unique to the Natural State. In addition to many popular national brands, The Promenade at Chenal is also home to local favorites like Local Lime, Big Orange Burgers, and Gearhead Outfitters.
