LR Historic Commission approves application for Scott St. Lofts

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- The Little Rock Historic Commission voted Monday to approve an application on the Scott Street Lofts. The proposed apartment building would be at the corner of 9th and Scott streets in Little Rock, near the Arts Center and MacCarthur Park. The Scott Street Lofts would include upwards of 45 one and two-bedroom units. Originally, it was proposed to include 53 units, but developers have since knocked that down to 48.
