Leasing underway for another apartment project downtown, including 'retro' bowling alley

Moses Tucker Real Estate is pre-leasing the 36-unit Row at Legion Village, an apartment and commercial project on Rock Street between Capitol Avenue and Sixth Street.

The project includes renovation of the M.M. Eberts American Legion Post building into the Dust Bowl, a retro-bowling alley and restaurant. A lease has been signed with the McNellie Group of Tulsa for that portion of the project. They are associated with a similar venue in Oklahoma. The $6.5 million project is to be completed by summer. One- and two-bedroom apartments will start at $810 a month. Moses Tucker notes that the MacArthur Commons project across Capitol Avenue is 100 percent leased. In other downtown news, Moses Tucker announced the sale of the 12-unit St. Clair Apartments at 500 East 6th Street for $754,000. Duke's St. Clair LLC sold the apartments to St. Clair on 6th, LLC, led by Rusty Thompson.
