Moses Tucker Real Estate now manages more than 4.5 million square feet of property in both central and Northwest Arkansas markets and plans to continue developing and expanding its third-party management, tenant representation, leasing and investment sales divisions.
“We hope to grow our portfolio in the Northwest Arkansas market substantially within the next 24 months,” said Chris Moses, president and CEO of Moses Tucker Real Estate. “We are growing both our brokerage and property management divisions across the state and believe we have a wonderful team in place to deliver the kind of results our clients deserve.”
“We are representing national clients — such as Pie Five Pizza, Wendy’s, Subway and Burger King — who are looking to expand in this part of the state. Having an office in this market will enable us to better serve these clients, as there is no substitute for being there in person,” said Rett Tucker, the company’s co-chairman.
