Rett Tucker and Jimmy Moses have collaborated with acclaimed chef Michael Selig to create the Vermillion Water Grille. It is located on the ground floor of the mixed-use Arkansas Capital Commerce Center at 200 South Commerce in Little Rock’s River Market District. The restaurant, Chef Selig’s latest culinary masterpiece, features a wide variety of fresh fish and seafood, along with other grilled meats. Diners enjoy their meal in the main dining room complete with a 30 foot mural by local artist John Deering or the outdoor terrace overlooking the activity on Commerce Street. Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Dinner is served from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday. The phone number is 501-371-9600.
