Located at 423 E. Third on the southern edge of the River Market District, the old Tuf-Nut blue jean factory was renovated by Moses Tucker Real Estate into 31 urban loft apartments on the building’s second and third floors. The project contains units ranging in size from 600 to 1,500 square feet. Amenities include laundry facilities, secured parking and a roof-top deck. The ground level of the building is home to the corporate offices of Candy Bouqet International. Opened in mid-1999, the building is managed by Moses Tucker Real Estate and reached full occupancy within two months.
